Meet the Managers
The difference between good pizza and great pizza usually can be found in the quality of ingredients used to prepare it. A great chef recognizes each ingredients unique flavor and then carefully combines them to make something truly spectacular. The same can be said about the team of managers Solos Pizza Cafe has assembled. They may love pizza, but their passion is people. I am pleased to introduce some of our secret "ingredients".
Kate's been with us since 2008 working her way through the ranks from Supervisor to Operations Manager. A skilled pastry chef by training, Kate knows her way around a kitchen. In her free time Kate hits the road looking for adventure. She has been to 47 of the nifty 50 so far. Don't worry Louisiana, Alaska or Hawaii - she'll stop by maybe next year! Kate's favorite pizza? Easy, she says "Try a Margo with chicken and cheddar".
Jessica started working with us in 2009, but soon left us to work in Thailand for what was supposed to be a 4 month gig - two years later Jess returned to work for Solos. Jess loves adventure and has sky dived in Argentina, spelunked in Chile, mountain climbing in Nepal, chased by an elephant in Laos and even been bitten by a monkey in Thailand. Where ever Jess may roam, she can't wait to get back to Solos to enjoy a delicious Pineapple and Jalapeno Pizza with White Garlic Sauce! yum
Kate can be found wearing two hats lately - Operations Manager and Store Manager of our Plymouth location. Be sure to stop on by and say hi!
Managing a SOLOS is not Bob's only talent. Look for his leadership on the softball fields and volleyball court as he manages three different teams as well. In his free time Bob can be found carving the slopes and open road on a snow or long board. Add "ing" to it and Bob is into it: hiking, rock climbing, fishing, boating and swimming to name just a few!
